Report recorded from the Medical Superintendent, Central Jail, Naini, Allahabad dated 25.11.2015 shows that the appellant Yadunath @ Pappu was sent to SGPGI, Lucknow for medical examination. The attending Doctor has prescribed certain treatment and has directed that the appellant be produced before the Doctor concerned for review medical examination after three weeks. Report of the Medical Superintendent dated 17.11.2015 is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid, this application for short term bail is rejected with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application after review medical examination as advised.
