Vide order dated 27.10.2015, the matter was fixed for today and it was provided that if the counter affidavit is not filed. Today, when the case was called out, neither the counter affidavit has been filed nor the DIOS, Amebedkar Nagar is present.
Taking serious view of the matter, the matter is fixed for 7.12.2015. The DIOS, Ambedkar Nagar shall appear on that date to show cause as to why the order dated 27.10.2015 has not been complied with.
