This petition is a second petition for the same prayer seeking direction to expedite proceedings of Original Suit No. 1145 of 2004 ( Deo Dutt Kalanki Vs. Santosh Kumar), the applicant had earlier approached this court in a petition being Writ Petition No. 854 of 2007 ( Deodutt Kalanki Vs. Addl. District Judge and others), which was disposed of on 27 November 2007 expediting the suit.
In this view of the matter, the second petition for the same prayer is not maintainable.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
No order as to costs.
