Despite stop order, counter affidavit has not been filed by the Basic Education Officer. Today, a request for one week's further time has been sought.
In the ends of justice, one week further time is allowed for filing counter affidavit subject to deposit of Rs. 5000/- as cost by the District Basic Education Officer. The cost, so deposited, shall be remitted to Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books.
