Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Applicant before this Court seeks quashing of the of the summoning order dated 7.8.2015 passed by the Special Judge, Anti- Corruption, CBI, Ghaziabad in Special Case No. 12 of 2015 (CBI Vs. Dr. Sarasati Prasad Pathak and others), under Sections 120B, 409, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and substantive offences punishable under Section 409 I.P.C. and 13(2) read with 13(1)(D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station CBI/STF, Delhi.
No case for quashing of the summoning order is made out. the prayer in that regard is rejected.
However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application for bail, which shall be considered by the authority concerned in accordance with law at the earliest possible.
The application is disposed of.
