Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer of the learned Counsel for the applicant. Heard learned Counsel for the parties and gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application, cause shown is found sufficient. Order dated 10.7.2014 is recalled and writ petition is restored to its original number with the interim order subject to deposit the cost of Rs. 200/-(Two Hundred) within two week. The said amount shall be deposited with Oudh Bar Association for its library. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner?s case is squarely covered by judgment of this Court passed in writ petition no. 1634 (SS) of 1999: Radhey Shyam Patel Vs. State of U.P. and others. Learned Standing Counsel prays for 24 hours to seek instructions. List this case on 30.11.2015.
