The writ petition was dismissed vide judgment and order dated 11.3.2010. After more than five years, review application was filed. It was listed on 14.8.2015 and was over because of the illness slip sent by Sri K.K.Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner. The matter was listed again on 6.11.2015. Sri K.K.Tripathi again sent an illness slip. The matter was adjourned and it was directed that the case may be listed on 27.11.2015.
Today nobody is present to press the Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application No. 206477 of 2010 and Civil Misc. Review Application No. 206478 of 2010 even in the revised reading of the list.
Both the applications are dismissed for want of prosecution.
