Despite notice to the opposite parties, in pursuance to the order dated 17.9.2009, no Counter Affidavit has been filed by the opposite parties, because of which this Court is unable to proceed in the matter.
Taking a serious view of the matter, opposite party no. 2 to 6 are directed to appear before this Court to explain why the Counter Affidavit has not been filed.
