Petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. dated 31.10.2015 being Case Crime No. 353 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 308, 427, 379 I.P.C., Police Station Sahjanwa, District Gorakhpur.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence. No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
