The petitioner is aggrieved by her non selection on the post of Asha Sangani (Claster 5).
The submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that on various heads she has not been given marks by the Selection Committee like i.e. the petitioner has conducted 45 miscils but awarded zero marks, whereas opposite party no.7 conducted 26 miscils and awarded two marks and no marks has been given with respect to cash reward for her services.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted a weeks' time to seek instructions in the matter.
