Petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his case for grant of second promotional pay scale on completion of 24 years.
Learned Standing Counsel informs that Government Order was issued on 30.5.2015 with respect to grant of second promotional pay scale on completion of 24 years, which has been challenged by the "Collection Amin Sangh" vide writ petition no. 6136 SS of 2015 and the State is directed to file Counter Affidavit, therefore, this matter may be connected with the said writ petition.
Appreciating the request of the learned Standing Counsel, list this petition along with the record of writ petition no. 6136 SS of 2015.
