There are serious allegations of land acquired other than this land of respondents being leased back and within two days of such lease, the property has been sold to the builders. The Government Order dated 24.4.2010 only provides that acquired land may be leased back to the person concerned if the land is not in use for planned industrial development. It is admitted on record that lease back of different property was done in favour of chosen person even after the entire compensation of the acquired land had been received by them.
Hearing cannot be proceeded for want of assistance from the State. We direct the Advocate General to assist the Court in the matter on the next date.
