Petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. dated 24.10.2015 being Case Crime No. 876 of 2014, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Civil Line, District Moradabad.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence. No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
