Appellant has been convicted under Section 354-B I.P.C. and sentenced for a maximum period of three years R.I., in addition to fine.
Appellant was on interim bail. Hearing of appeal may take some time. I find it a fit case for bail.
Let appellant-Shanu, convict of Criminal Trial no. 0000084/2014, Crime No. 299 of 2014, under Section 354-B I.P.C. and section 8 POCSO Act, Police Station Dewa, District Barabanki, be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Realization of fine is not stayed.
