This criminal appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 07.11.2015 passed by the Special Judge SC/ST (P.A.) Act Gonda in Session Trial no. 141 of 2011 (State vs. Amar Nath Gupta Nand and another, arising out of Case Crime 263 of 2010, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C. and section 3(1)X SC/ST (P.A.), P.S. Nawabganj, district-Gonda, whereby the learned trial court has acquitted the accused in the aforesaid case.

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 1, 2, and 3.
Let bailable warrant be issued against the accused respondent nos. 1 and 2 namely, Amar Nath Gupta and Jag Prasad through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda directing them to appear before this Court on 21.12.2015.
