Notice on behalf of the University has been accepted by Sri Sobhit Mohan Shukla.
The grievance of the petitioner is that that there is a provision for reevaluation of marks for BDS Course, but University authorities are not accepting the forms. Counsel for the University could not justify as to why forms are not being accepted.
Taking the serious view of the matter, the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of the respondent-University are directed to appear in person on 27.11.2015 to explain as to why forms are not being accepted.
