This second writ petition for the same relief appears to be absolutely misconceived.
In the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same relief, an order was made commanding the SSP / DIG, Varanasi to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner for deletion of his name from Regiter No. 8. If the order of the Writ Court has not been complied with, petitioner may file a contempt petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
