Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner claimed co-tenancy to the land in dispute, the objection was dismissed by the Consolidation Officer. In appeal, the appellate court granted co-tenancy to the petitioner. This order has been set aside by the revisional court and the order of the Consolidation Officer has been affirmed.
Issue notice to the respondent no. 3 to 10 by registered post A.D. Steps within a week.
List this petition for admission after service of notice upon the aforesaid respondents.
Until further orders, the parties are restrained from creating any third party interest in the land in question.
