Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue Km. Farzana is minor and in support of his submission he has placed reliance upon the school leaving certificate dated 25.6.2015 issued by the Headmaster of Primary School Serve Behndar, Hardoi (annexure-1), in which the date of the birth of the detenue Km. Farzana is recorded as 26.04.1999.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed ten days' time to file rejoinder affidavit for rebutting the aforesaid fact.

Km. Farzana (detenue) who has been produced before this Court by the respondent no. 5 in the Court today, shall be again produced before this Court on the next date fixed.
