By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the Clause 3 of the order dated 24.7.2012 whereby the State Government while enhancing age of superannuation of the employees of the U.P.State Road Transport Corporation provided that the same will be implemented from the issuance of the order and the petitioner apparently attained the age of superannuation on 29.2.2012 prior to the issuance of the order dated 24.7.2012.
The petitioner has not explained the delay for approaching this Curt after more than three years.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file Supplementary Affidavit explaining the delay within two weeks'.
