Petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 12.10.2015 being Case Crime No. 804 of 2015, under Sections 354A, 506 I.P.C. and 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Admadaulla, District Agra.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.
No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
