Petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. dated 22.9.2015 being Case Crime No. 322 of 2015, under Sections 323, 324, 504 I.P.C. and 3(1)10 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station rabupura, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.
No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
