Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 20.10.2015 being Case Crime No.18 of 2015, under Sections 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966, Police Station G.R.P. chopan, District Sonbhadra.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.
No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
