Petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. dated 17.10.2015 being Case Crime No. 364 of 2015, under Sections 147, 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Cholapur, Varanasi, District Varanasi.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.
No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
