Petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 25.10.2015 being Case Crime No. 742 of 2015, under Sections 324, 308, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Khanpur, District Ghazipur.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.
No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
