Petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 26.9.2015 being Case Crime No. 368 of 2015, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Ghaziabad.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.
No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
