Petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 24.4.2015 being Case Crime No. 242 of 2015, under Sections 147, 354-D, 504, 506, 323 I.P.C. and 7/8 POSCO Act, Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj.
We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.
No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.
Writ petition is dismissed.
