This writ petition has been filed beyond time by 4 years and 143 days by challenging the impugned order dated 27.01.2011 passed in Revision No. 60/2008-09, which was filed against the cancellation of lease of the petitioner under Section 198 (4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950. The said revision has been dismissed.
