(C.M.Application No. 119324 of 2015) This is an application for correction of order dated 4.11.2015 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in second para of the order dated 4.11.2015, the order has been wrongly transcribed as 2.12.2015 in place of 2.12.2005 therefore, necessity to move present application arose.
On due consideration, application is allowed.
In the second para of the order dated 4.11.2015, 2.12.2015 be read as 2.12.2005.
The order dated 4.11.2015 is being corrected with red ink.
