This writ petition has been filed against the Award dated 9.11.2000 rendered by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Trial VI,U.P.Lucknow whereby the termination of services of the respondent no.2 hereto, with effect from 1.10.1994 was declared to be unjustified and illegal and he was awarded reinstatement with full back wages.
Considering the totality of the circumstances and long drawn litigation, petitioner-firm is directed to deposit entire back wages before this Court within a month. As far as the question of reinstatement and other pleas, the same would be considered on the next date of listing.
