The writ petition was filed in the year 1999 but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite parties nos. 3 and 4.
Let fresh notice be issued to the aforesaid respondents returnable at an early date.
Notice shall be issued both ways i.e. through registered post as well as by issuing dasti summons to the petitioner.
Petitioner's Counsel shall take steps within a week.
