Sri Ashwani Kumar, Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been denied compassionate appointment despite the fact that the petitoner has secured 30 marks on the basis of qualification and other requirements whereas persons securing 26.28 and 23 marks, whose names are mentioned in Annexure -12 to the writ petition.

Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, Counsel for the respondent prays for a week's time to prepare the brief.

Accordingly, the case is adjourned and list the matter on 7.12.2015.

Counsel for the respondents shall also seek instructions in respect of the submissions advanced by the Counsel for he petitioner.
