Sri Balram Yadav, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that University has taken a decision in pursuance to the various Government Orders with respect to give employment to the persons/their dependants whose land have been acquired for establishment of the University.
Learned Counsel for the University is directed to seek instructions and place before this Court as to whether if any decision has been taken by the executive body of the University for the said purposes.
