Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Alpana Srivastava holding brief of Sri Mahesh Chandra. Mrs. Alpana Srivastava vehemently opposed the prayer of the learned Counsel for the applicant. I have gone through the submission of learned Counsel for the applicant and affidavit filed in support of the application for recalling and setting aside the order dated 29.9.2015 passed on the application for condonation of delay. On due consideration this Court finds that the cause shown in the said affidavit is satisfactory. Application is allowed.
