The petitioner is aggrieved by the location of polling booth for the Gram Panchayat elections.
Apart from the fact that it will not be appropriate for the Court to interfere as the elections are to be held very soon, learned Additional Advocate General has pointed out that a notification on 29 October 2015 has been issued by the State Government exercising the powers under Section 12-BB of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 declaring that the elections will be held from 7 November 2015.
The Court, therefore, declines to entertain this petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
