By means of the order dated 29.10.2015, learned Standing Counsel was granted two weeks time to seek instructions in the matter.
Today, learned Standing Counsel submitted that he has no objection to recall of the order dated 10.1.2005.
Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the affidavit filed in support of the application, cause shown is found satisfactory.
On due consideration Application is allowed.
Order dated 10.1.2005 is recalled and writ petition is restored to its original number, subject to deposit the cost of Rs. 100/-(One Hundred) within two week. The said amount shall be deposited with Oudh Bar Association for its library.
As this petition is of the year 1994 and the pleading have already been exchanged, list this petition at an early date.
