Learned Standing Counsel informs that the Counter Affidavit has been filed in the month of March, 1999, but till date no Rejoinder Affidavit has been filed and the petitioner is enjoying the salary on the basis of interim order passed by this Court.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time for filing Rejoinder Affidavit subject to deposit of Rs. 2000/-(Two thousand) in the Registry and the same shall be transmitted to Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books.
