Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned Counsel for the opposite parties, on the basis of instructions submitted that in pursuance to the recommendation of three member committee dated 16.8.2013, learned District Judge, Bahraich ordered for giving compassionate appointment to younger son of Late Gopi Nath and subsequently appointment order was issued to him and in pursuance of the same Akhilesh Kumar is working in the establishment of District Judge, Bahraich.
Sri Gaurav Mehrotra prays for and granted 3 days time to bring on record the appointment letter of the Akhilesh Kumar younger son of Late Gopi Nath.
