In compliance of the order dated 16.11.2015, the Director Homeopathic,Lucknow, is present and has filed an application tendering unconditional apology and has assured the Court that in future responsible officer acquainted with the facts of the case would be deputed to assist the court. He has further indicated that the Medical Officer concerned has been given a warning, who failed to assist the Court.
In these circumstances, the future appearance of the Director, Homeopathic is exempted.
List this case on 23.11.2015. Relevant record as directed earlier shall be produced on that date.
