Taking serious view of the matter, Director Homeopathic, Lucknow is directed to appear before this Court tomorrow i.e. 17.11.2015 at 10.15 a.m. to explain why he has deputed a person who is not aware with the record and is unable to explain the position to the learned Standing Counsel, which resulted adjournment of the case.
