This is an application for recall of the order dated 10.2.2015 Heard. Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.
As sufficient cause has been shown for absence of the Counsel on the date fixed, the application is allowed and the petition is restored to it original number.
It may be mentioned that the Counsel for the petitioner has voluntarily offered to deposit Rs. 100/- for purchase of books for the Library of Oudh Bar Association.
