Vide order dated 11.9.2015, Gaon Sabha was allowed six weeks time to file counter affidavit. Today, again Sri Azad Khan, learned Counsel for the Gaon Sabha prays for a week's time to file counter affidavit.
To secure the ends of justice, a week's time is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 10,000/- as cost. The cost so deposited shall be remitted to the account of Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books.
