Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The Tribunal under the order impugned has recorded cogent reason for not accepting the plea of the petitioner that the charge of impersonation be examined with reference to the thumb impression, which has been fixed on the OMR Sheet. The Tribunal has found that in the admit card, the signatures of the petitioner are missing at three places.
The issue as to whether the candidate appearing the examination is the same person who was issued has to be decided with reference to the particulars provided in the admit card and nothing beyond it.
The writ petition is dismissed.
