The Tribunal under the order impugned has recorded a categorical finding of fact that no violation of the procedural laws could be demonstrated by the petitioner in the matter of departmental enquiry held against him. It has further been held that the petitioner has been found guilty of misbehaviour, which is against police discipline.
Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the material available on record, we find no good ground to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
