Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner claims compassionate appointment as his father, who was an employee in the Postal Department of Union of India has died. The remedy in this regard is before Central Administrative Tribunal under the provision of the Administrative Tribunal Act 1985 and not before this High Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directly, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
