1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to frame guidelines/law in relating to protection of judicial officers from abuse of power vested in executive/politicians/powerful person of society or alternatively the Court by itself frame some guidelines in relation to issue involved in the petition.

2. The petition further seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing F.I.R. dated 24.05.2015 bearing Case Crime No. 201 of 2015, under Sections 279/338 I.P.C., Police Station Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar.

3. Clear typed copy of the documents with proper margin have not been filed.

4. The first prayer made in the petition appears to be in public interest. The second prayer cannot be made by the petitioner-Association.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that let the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate petition.

6. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
