In pursuance of the order dated 12.10.2015, the Standing Counsel has produced the relevant record pertaining to the petitioner. On examination, the record reveals that issue with respect to absorption of the petitioner in Faizabad Development Authority has been approved by Hon'ble the Chief Minister on 5.5.1994. Later on, the issue has been diverted and formal order could not be issued.
Learned Standing Counsel shall seek necessary instructions from the Principal Secretary, Department of Housing and Urban Development.
