Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite parties 1 to 3.
Issue notice to the opposite parties no. 4 and 5 directing to them that they will produce the alleged detenue Neelam Sharma before this Court on 4.12.2015.
List on 4.12.2015.
It is directed that the husband of the corpus Manish Kumar shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Neelam Sharma within 10 days from today with the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.
In case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 10 days.
