At the outset, Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of the writ petition on account of defective pleadings with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
Shri Alok Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 4 have no objection to the prayer being allowed.
In view of the statement made above, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
