By means of the order dated 15.5.2015, learned Standing Counsel was granted four weeks' time to seek instructions as to why the petitioner has not been paid salary of the post of Lecturer in Chemistry after approval of his promotional post in question by the Commission under promotion quota in the year 1998.
Today, Standing Counsel informs that he has failed to get instructions in the matter.
List this case on 18.11.2015. The District Inspector of Schools, Sultanpur will appear before this Court alongwith record for assistance.
Learned Standing Counsel shall communicate this order to the concerned officer.
